Outbound
The company outing includes an Experiential Learning program led by a certified game master and team facilitators. The program aims to enhance team bonding, leadership, communication skills, and problem-solving through fun games and activities.
Fun Outbound Program
A fun outbound program with a program ratio of 70% Fun Activities and 30% Learning Activities. This activity only lasts a maximum of 2 hours.
Outbound Management Training
Group dynamics sessions are the core of team building activities. Provide material related to SUPERTEAMBUILDING which will be delivered during the Brief & Closing session.
Adventure Program
A main problem needs to be discussed further and in detail because this session
is one of the main foundation to be initial development of a your product
or service and decision making in the future. Without a well-defined problem, it
will have an big impact on a job that is unmanaged.
ex :
Offroad Program, Rafting, Paintball.
